Registered users can not opt out of these messages, but user accounts can be deleted upon request, thereby terminating the registration. Subscription Refund Policy
Newspaper subscriptions are paid in advance and entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the year if the newspaper is cancelled. A refund will be based on the pro-rated weeks remaining in the subscription. Subscriptions may be canceled by contacting our Circulation Department at 608-845-9559.
